Self Esteem

A very essential thing in todays world which is required is your self-esteem one can tackle hell lot of things and maintaning good health and providing positive attitude to others and perceive things you can enhance your inner talk.Self-esteem affects many aspects of our life. We need healthy self-esteem to be successful and to feel good about whom we are. Self-esteem is the foundation of our confidence and the way we perceive ourselves.A proper and right self esteem not only grooms you in many ways but it also acts a ladder towards success and attainment of goals and objectives which one has set in their lives.

A successful strategy to improve self esteem is to write goals on paper and start to write a journal. By digging down deep to connect with your inner self, your self-esteem can improve. Journaling is an excellent way to connect with your inner self. When you write in your journal, write your goals and create plans to achieve them. Writing them will bring them alive so you can keep rereading your goals repeatedly. The process of rereading your goals regularly enables your mind and brain to relearn previous negative thought patterns substituting them with positive thoughts.

Healthy self-esteem helps us to make good decisions, and feel confident. It also benefits us physically. It helps to avoid heart problems, high blood pressure and even gives energy to do our daily duties at home. If we have a poor self-esteem it is far more difficult to be motivated to make any changes in our life. Poor self esteem is often the reason that we become lazy, overeat, make poor decisions, become depressed, and have pain.

According to psychology, self esteem is an overall evaluation of a person's self worth. In other words, self esteem is what an individual thinks about himself, his self image. The need for appreciation, love, independence and dynamism in life are just the reflections of a deeply ingrained high self esteem requirement in our personality. Poor self esteem, that may stem due to innumerable reasons, obstructs the path for virtues like confidence and positive thinking. High self esteem, on the other hand, triggers us to maximize our potential and challenges us to take up new responsibilities. Individuals dealing with variety of self esteem issues must not give up trying to regain their confidence.

To quote Jay Leno, I think high self-esteem is overrated. A little low self-esteem is actually quite good. Maybe you're not the best, so you should work a little harder. Too much emphasis on short comings and infirmities, be it of any type, only worsens the situation. So instead of brooding, why not vouch to regain your lost self esteem.
Self Esteem Activities:-

improving self esteem isn't an arduous task, as you've made it to be in your mind. It is simple and methodical. So, pull up your socks, dust the negativity from your psyche and get ready to know and implement various self esteem activities.

over coming self esteem in some cases, seems very difficult especially, if the individual is dealing with issues related to physical appearance. Isn't it? No, it isn't so. I won't deny that some physical deformities or something that we can't change in our physical looks often makes us upset but then who on this Earth is perfect? Isn't it all just a matter of perceptions? The way you see life, the way you have formed its image in your mind. And remember what Plato said, beauty lies in the eyes of beholder. You may be the most wonderful creature alive for someone, even if for many others, you aren't so!  And there he is, challenging the theories of Universe and black holes. Hitting a gym, pursuing some new hobby and experimenting with your way of dressing or looks can give you a picture of your different self. Why not give it a try? Possibly, it may lead you to some interesting ways on how to raise self esteem.

Whenever i encounter obstacles in my life which obscures me towards attainment of my objectives i love to tackle and fight back as  my strength is hardwork, optimism and passion when it comes to my interests and likes i have always loved this particular statement from the movie ROCKY BALBOA that

" ITS NOT ABOUT HOW HARD YOU HIT IT'S ABOUT HOW HARD YOU CAN GET HIT HOW MUCH YOU CAN TAKE AND KEEP MOVING FORWARD THAT'S HOW WINNING IS DONE.

Now I am at Rizvi studying doing MBA which i always wanted to do with utmost fondness since my junior college days that was the time when i realize my love for finance so i made a point that no matter what i will surely make my career and improve my financial skills and would learn finance form the depth of my heart because of which  now i am getting head started of my carrier getting excruciatingly  motivated and getting hardcore enthusiasm from the faculty here and also the activities which i was into and this is what which arouse and stimulate me every day in the morning and something to look forward to
"You never achieve success unless you like what you are doing."

— Dale Carnegie
It won't be easy, if it were, they wouldn't be called obstacles, and they wouldn't force you to grow. Remaining focused and determined on your goals isn't an easy task. It's easy to be side tracked. I've had problems with this myself. Many times I would be working on something, just to have something else catch my attention and become side tracked only to forget what I was originally doing later on.

Remaining focused when things are easy is, well, easy. It's when things get tough, when your confidence gets damage when things aren't go your way, these are the times when you need some recharging. I hope one of these free motivational speeches will help change your life. If so, share it with someone

"
Success is not measured by what you accomplish but by the opposition you have encountered, and the courage with which you have maintained the struggle against overwhelming odds."
~Orison Swett Marden~
so if you have a passion of something you will surely accopmlish your goals
